What is RejoiceNow?
It is a Christian informational site to warn people against heresies, deception, false prophets, occultism, alternative medicine and bad influences.
Besides the warnings we have chosen to include other topics to post. Revelation as an important but difficult book, we shall give a brief explanation along with "life in the endtime" and ethical issues. Furthermore, we are thinking of people who are not familiar with Jesus, but also an encouragement to those who need it.
Why a site like RejoiceNow?
Today it is very normal if you found an alternative healer and we will be inundated with occult movies, books and items. This is reason enough for us to tell others about the danger of this information.
We also see increasing heresies, false revivals and spiritual deception coming. We had also the Word of Faith doctrine espoused, and had training for deliverance and had also been chasing signs and wonders. By God's grace alone, our eyes are opened and now we want others to warn that not everything is what it seems.
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.Math.24: 24
How does RejoiceNow get its information ?
We see various sites and books, sometimes draw from our own experiences and those of others and try to bring together the highlights in a brief article. The sources are at the bottom of each article.
Who to RejoiceNow?
Rejoicenow is designed and maintained by ourselves, Jos and Regina from The Netherlands. We are evangelical , with great vigilance toward Pentecostals. We were born again
and baptized by immersion. The articles are written by both of us. We do this very carefully, and we pray for this of course. We write the articles in Dutch, then we translate them. We realize that our English spelling and grammar isn't always good, and we apologize for that, but we think it's good enough to understand what we want to say, and that's what it is all about.
Why do you write so negatively about other Christians?
It is not our intention to burn people personally. We just want to warn against the dangers. Some false teachers and their followers are or were sincere, others know very well what they are doing. Some of them have very good words, others speak nonsense. By some, people truly come to God,
God may indeed make, a crooked stick right to strike, but a little yeast makes the dough acid. The final message should still be like the true gospel written in the Bible. We fully understand that not everyone has the same believes we will share, but God's Word is our only Truth and from there we try to place an accurate article.
